Program Submission for Summer 2026

NOTE: All recurring and continuing programs must complete this form! This includes ongoing groups that are currently closed to new registration. This is how we track who is gathering as a program of First Universalist, and how we make sure your space is reserved.

We're trying something new this summer: We are inviting in-person gatherings at church be scheduled on Wednesdays and/or Sundays. You are welcome to schedule your in-person event at a different location (park or other community location) for any day that works for you!

Groups that meet on Sundays may meet any time beginning at noon (no earlier--staff need time to prepare rooms after our single 10 a.m. worship on summer Sundays). Wednesday gatherings may begin as early as 10 a.m. at church.

Please submit a new form for each unique event. (A circle with several sessions is one unique event. A single day gathering is one unique event.) Programs to be included in the program guide may be scheduled between June 14 and September 20. This gives us ample lead time for publication, promotion, and recruitment.

The RSVP form for my group can remain open for all who are interested. If that changes, I'll reach out to Rachel or Rev. Ashley. My group has a maximum number of participants. Please set the form to close at the number listed in the next field. This is an existing group that currently does not have room for new participants. Please do not create an RSVP form or publicize the group to new attendees.

Tell us about the times and dates you have in mind. If your group will meet every week or month on a certain day, please review a calendar and check that the precise dates of your gatherings don't land on holidays or other dates that might not work.

For groups meeting at church this summer, we encourage you to schedule your group's meetings on Wednesdays (after 10 a.m.) or Sundays (after noon). This isn't a requirement, and if you can help us pilot this new idea, we appreciate it!

Our current security practice is to assign a unique door code for each group to access the church building. If you have a personal code that you have been assigned, please do not give that out to anyone else. Some existing groups may already have a door code. Does your group have a door code already?
