Qigong for Liberation

Thursdays; 4:00 - 4:45 p.m. | Will transition from Zoom to in person on March 27

We gather online during the winter, and in person when the snow is gone, to practice the beautiful and healing moving meditation of Spring Forest Qigong created by Master Chunyi Lin, who notes, “by harmonizing Qi, the body’s vital energy, Qigong supports physical vitality, emotional balance, and spiritual growth.”  Spring Forest Qigong is a liberating practice because it provides a way to return to who we have always been - energy beings, who, when given the space and time to heal, can bring more unconditional love, forgiveness, and kindness to ourselves, each other, and a hurting world. Movements are gentle and accessible and can be done standing, sitting, or lying down. Facilitated by Denise Konen.
