Child/ren Information

Please type your camper/s names exactly as you would like them to be printed on attendance sheets and shared with youth and adult leaders.

Please be generous and specific with information about your child's support needs. This can only be a positive experience for campers if we are aware of the supports your children need to have fun and be safe. Please share all relevant and helpful information that impact your child/ren's needs including neurodivergence, disability, family changes, and other applicable circumstances so we can make this a positive experience for your child. We cannot be inclusive if this information is not shared with us.

The information you share on this form will be shared with counselors and staff.

Friday Attendance

Each year, we see a significant reduction in attendance on the Friday of summer camp week (this year Friday, August 21). Estimating Friday attendance in advance helps us adjust our staffing and activities to ensure all campers and counselors have a positive experience.

Please indicate your family's likely attendance on the Friday of summer camp to the best of your knowledge.

Our Whole Lives 4th Grade Puberty Track

At First Universalist, we offer the Our Whole Lives (OWL) comprehensive sexuality education program for multiple grades and age bands. You can learn more about OWL here.

During Summer Camp, we are offering an OWL breakout group specifically about puberty for incoming 4th graders. This group will meet on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday afternoons for 1 hour.

This is an opt-in program. If you are interested in having your 4th grader participate in the puberty breakout group, please let us know below.

Please reach out to our OWL Program Coordinator, Claire Tralle, with questions or for more information about OWL: claire@firstuniv.org.

Closer to the start of camp, Claire will send a confirmation email and additional information to all families who opt-in for the OWL puberty breakout group.

Volunteering at Summer Camp

We need volunteers - like you! - to help make our Summer Camp happen. Volunteering is also great way to connect with other campers and their families.  If you are able, we encourage you to volunteer before, during, and/or after camp.

In the question below, please indicate your interest (or a family member's interest) in volunteering with these program areas. Please select all that apply. A staff member will follow-up with you to share next steps.

Donation to Summer Camp

While we offer Summer Camp as a free program, it does cost money to run. The actual cost to the church of our summer camp per camper is approximately $150 per child.

If you are able, we invite you to make a donation to offset the cost of camp for your child and/or other children.

If you are not able to make a donation at this time, we are glad to offer you this resource for free.

Thank you for your generosity!
