Program Submission Fall 2026

NOTE: All recurring and continuing programs must complete this form! This includes ongoing groups that are currently closed to new registration. This is how we track gatherings and programs at First Universalist, and how we make sure your space is reserved.

You may have seen that we have a new format for Sundays at church, beginning this Fall.
We will continue to have one service at 10 a.m. (no shift to two services this fall).

Sundays will look like this:

9:45-11:15 am Childcare

10-11 Worship in the Sanctuary and via livestream

10-11:15 Religious Education classes for Kindergarten-8th Grade

11-11:30 Food for everyone in the Social Hall

11:30-12:45 High School Programs & Adult Spiritual Programs

11:30-12:50 Childcare

Groups that want to meet on Sundays may want to plan their gatherings from 11:30-12:45 to take advantage of the childcare available during that window. Gatherings at church on Sunday may not begin before 11:30. (Note that we will have limited space on Sundays, so please offer an alternate date/time for your gathering if you're interested in meeting on Sundays.)

Please submit a new form for each unique event. (A program with several sessions is one unique event. A single day gathering is one unique event.) Programs to be included in the program guide may be scheduled between September 27 and December 20. This gives us ample lead time for publication, promotion, and recruitment.

The RSVP form for my group can remain open for all who are interested. If that changes, I'll reach out to Cas or Rachel. My group has a maximum number of participants. Please set the form to close at the number listed in the next field. This is an existing group that currently does not have room for new participants. Please do not create an RSVP form or publicize the group to new attendees.

Tell us about the times and dates you have in mind. If your group will meet every week or month on a certain day, please review a calendar and check that the precise dates of your gatherings don't land on holidays or other dates that might not work.

Our current security practice is to assign a unique door code for each group to access the church building. If you have a personal code that you have been assigned, please do not give that out to anyone else. Some existing groups may already have a door code. Does your group have a door code already?
