As we age, we have more contact with conventional medicine, which often helps us, but sometimes falls short. Please join us to hear nurse practitioner Laura Sandquist, a faculty teacher at the U of M Center for Spirituality and Healing, describe her integrative health model and talk about steps toward whole person health.
